President & Store Manager
Tobye is a native of Blytheville and her family has operated multiple small businesses in town for over 30 years. After being gone for 11 years she chose to come Home in 2007 after the death of her father. After operating her father's businesses for a year and half she sold them and decided to stay and begin her own venture. She opened Mailboxes & Beyond in 2008 and has continued to add products and services that were not available in our small community before. She has a very strong sense of community and has served on many boards and committees to help the growth of her hometown. She is a true entrepreneur in every sense of the word and has a great vision for things to come with this company.
Mack is our beloved 4 legged staffer that keeps us all on our toes. He is very protective of "his girls", but as long you play nice with us he'll play with you. He has so much energy and loves to play tug with customers, but he is a food thief, so if you're in the store don't set down your snack unless you're willing to give it up. He loves coming to work with mommy everyday and unlike the rest of the staff he pouts if he has to take a day off. He's the only staffer the boss has been able to convince to work for food, shelter, and love, but unlike the others he doesn't pay bills. If you're feeling down and you're in the neighborhood Mack would love for you to stop in and let him cheer you up!
Lead Graphic Designer
Hannah is a gentle and sweet soul that is now on her 2nd tour with us. She worked for 2 years as our graphic design and print production girl when we were just embarking into the world of print. She helped lay the foundation for where we are today with our print business. After a 2 year hiatus for art school and other ventures she came back in 2016 and has helped leap our print department to a whole new level. She has a natural talent for great art and design and one of her extra special talents is her hand lettering ability. She can freehand script like nothing we've ever seen and we're so proud to have her on our team!!! Hannah is also The BEST morning dog walker for our beloved security officer!
Customer Experience Lead
Tiara is a great asset to our Customer Experience team. She is great with people and loves to help our guests solve their problems! She has a BA in business management so she doubles as our administrative assistant in our Accounting office and helps keep our paperwork straight. We hope she's around for a long time to keep the boss from drowning in paperwork.
Customer Experience Rep
Maria keeps our counter running as is the first person you see most of the time. She is great and meeting your needs whether you're cashing a check or shipping those important docs and everything in between. She's a counter staple that we hope is around for years to come.
Print Production Manager
If you need something printed, Luna is your go to gal! She's not only a fabulous designer, but she has brought great organization to our print team. She is great at juggling multiple jobs and keeping our print jobs running smoothly! She juggles a lot and still manages to get more jobs done weekly than ever before!!
Megan is our most novice team member, but she brings several years of customer service experience in fast paced environments. She's still learning the ropes, so give her a little latitude but we promise she will help you get your job done right!
Mary is our extra set of hands in our print team. If you have a print job done, it's very likely that she either, cut it, laminated it, mounted it, pressed it, folded it, packed it, etc. She is also the one that keeps the production room clean and organized so everyone can work better! She's also a great afternoon dog walker and a pleasant addition to the print team.
